Subscription and payment status (via Razorpay — we do not store card or bank details)

    We strictly do not collect or store:
    Aadhaar number or any government ID
Bank account or UPI details
Full legal name
Precise GPS location

5. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Phone numbers are stored using cryptographic hashing with salt, meaning your actual phone number is never stored in plain text. We use Firebase (Google Cloud) for data storage, which complies with international data security standards.

6. User Consent

By using KrushiSakha AI via WhatsApp or our website, you explicitly consent to the collection and use of your farm-related data as described in this policy. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at krushisakha.ai@gmail.com, after which your data will be deleted within 30 days.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except:

Razorpay (for payment processing only — governed by Razorpay's Privacy Policy)
Meta/WhatsApp (for message delivery — governed by Meta's Privacy Policy)
As required by law or government authorities

We retain your farming data for as long as you are an active user. If you request deletion of your account and data, we will process it within 30 days. Payment records may be retained for up to 7 years as required under Indian tax laws.
