AI-generated advice may contain errors, inaccuracies, or may not be suitable for your specific farm conditions, soil type, climate, or crop variety.

1. Service Description

KrushiSakha AI is an AI-powered agricultural advisory service delivered via WhatsApp, providing information on crop management, pest control, weather, market prices, and government schemes to farmers in Maharashtra, India. The service is operated by KrushiSakha AI, based in Shirol, Kolhapur District, Maharashtra.

2. Eligibility

By using this service, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years of age
You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
You are using the service for lawful agricultural purposes only

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for verifying all AI-generated advice before acting on it
You must not misuse the service for spam, fraud, or any illegal activity
You must provide accurate information when interacting with the service
You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate the AI system

4. Subscription & Payments

KrushiSakha AI offers a free trial period followed by a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. By subscribing, you agree to:

Pay the applicable subscription fee as displayed at the time of purchase
Razorpay's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy governing payment processing
That subscription fees are charged in Indian Rupees (INR)
Automatic renewal of subscription unless cancelled before the renewal date

💳 Refund Policy — No Refund
All payments made to KrushiSakha AI are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for any subscription fees paid, regardless of usage. By completing a payment, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. In exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of KrushiSakha AI management, service credit may be offered as a goodwill gesture — this does not constitute a right to refund.

5. Data & Privacy

Your use of KrushiSakha AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We collect limited farm-related data only. We do not store Aadhaar numbers, bank details, or sensitive personal information. Phone numbers are stored in hashed form using cryptographic salt.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, AI models, and technology used in KrushiSakha AI are the intellectual property of KrushiSakha AI. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the service without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KrushiSakha AI and its founders, employees, partners, and associates shall not be liable for:

Any crop failure, yield loss, or financial loss resulting from reliance on AI-generated advice
Interruption or unavailability of the service
Inaccurate market price information
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

The total liability of KrushiSakha AI under any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the subscription in the preceding one (1) month.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KrushiSakha AI and its associates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

9. Service Availability

KrushiSakha AI strives to maintain 24/7 availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice to users.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to KrushiSakha AI without prior notice if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or engage in fraudulent activity. No refund will be issued upon termination due to policy violation.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolhapur District, Maharashtra, India.

12. Changes to Terms

KrushiSakha AI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
